Work with existing suppliers (wholesale purchases, control of timely execution of the order, proper quality of the supplied products);
Search for new suppliers (packaging, components, goods), consideration of proposals, improvement of cooperation conditions for existing suppliers;
Preparation of a complete technical specification for the manufacture of products: selection of material, method of manufacture and method of application;
Placing orders for goods, packaging for individual orders according to agreed layouts, tracking stock balances, forming orders;
Coordination of color proofs, signal samples and production dates;
Work with product samples, coordination of receiving or sending;
Control of the project and assigned tasks at all stages;
Control of the company's inventory of components, packaging, stickers, labels, etc.;
Document management in its field: preparation of contracts for signing, control of execution of contracts and payments, provision of closing documents to the accounting department;
Working with your category in 1C, and maintaining your group's data in company reports.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the printing market, cardboard and other packaging materials;
Knowledge of pricing, production materials;
Experience in running several projects at different stages simultaneously;
Knowledge of printing and packaging production technologies;
Work experience in a printing company, or in a similar position;
Experience in the supply sector is welcome.

Ability to solve conflict situations, stress tolerance, learning ability, diligence, punctuality, developed communication skills.
